MEMBERS DAY - September 14, 2013
AVIATING:
The Museum will be operating several of its vintage aircraft throughout the day and will also do a full runup on the Firecat's Wright R-1820 engines.
FLY DAY:
Members Day is also an Aircraft Sponsor Fly Day. A special sponsorship package will include free tickets to the dinner and dance, plus admission to TechTalk: Harvard.
SOCIALIZING:
Water, coffee, soft drinks and nibblies will be available all day. Come along and hang out with friends while soaking up the atmosphere and activity of vintage aircraft operations.
CRAB FEST:
Dinner will feature fresh Crab along with Corn on the Cob, salads and all the trimmings. Alternatives will include burgers and dogs. Wine, Beer and soft drinks will be available with dinner.
MUSIC & DANCE:
"Philly Dog" will spin tunes from the 60's and 70's into the evening!
TECHTALK: HARVARD
The 3rd in a series of seminars on sepcific aircraft found at our Museum. Presentations will cover the construction, operations, maintenance, engine and systems.
One lucky participant will win a flight in the Museum's Harvard!
SPEAKER'S CORNER:
Throughout the afternoon you are invited to choose from a smorgasbord of aviation related talks on a variety of subjects both informative and entertaining.
VINTAGE FILMS:
Enjoy viewing film selections from our archives. These films will include documentaries, advertisements and training films from the past.
CAR SHOW:
A great selection of vintage cars will be on display!
TechTalk: Harvard will be held in the Museum hangar
